This website

It has no advertising and no tracking scripts. It sets one cookie, and only if you sign in. Fonts and images are served from the site itself. Our host (Cloudflare Pages) keeps ordinary server logs, such as IP address and time of request, to run and protect the service, under its own privacy policy.

The practice room

Your progress and a short summary of each round (times, talk percentage, pace) are saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device; clearing this site's data deletes them.

If you turn on Record me, your microphone is recorded and analysed for talk and silence inside your browser. The recording is not uploaded; you can save it yourself from the report.

If you turn on live captions, your browser's speech service turns your speech into text. In Chrome this sends your audio to Google under Google's privacy policy. Captions are off unless you turn them on.

The interviewer's voice uses your device's built-in speech. Videos load from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you press play, under YouTube's privacy policy.

Signing in

Signing in is optional. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your Google account ID, your name and your email address; we never see your password. We store them with your progress (which levels you finished, and each round's times, talk percentage, pace and filler count; never recordings or captions) and whether you unlocked the web edition of the Playbook in a database on Cloudflare (D1), and set one cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days.

We email you only if you tick "Email me when new rounds or the playbook launch", and you can untick it at any time from the account menu. Delete your account from the same menu: that erases your account and its saved progress at once. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone.

Google's sign-in script loads only when you open the sign-in panel, under Google's privacy policy.

Buying

You pay on the store's checkout page, not here. The store collects your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy, and tells us your name, email address and what you bought so we can answer you and handle refunds. We do not receive card or UPI details.

Emailing us

If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply only as long as needed to help you and for our records of the sale (including for tax). We do not sell your data or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Your choices

If you haven't signed in, we hold nothing about you: what the practice room saves stays in your browser. If you have, you can delete your account yourself from the account menu. After that, email harshjwr@gmail.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, apart from records we must keep. The store may hold its own copy under its own policy.
