Refund policy

Last updated 20 October 2026.

OWNER: confirm the 7-day window below (or change it) and that the store's own refund settings match, before going live.

The short version

If the Playbook isn't useful to you, email us within 7 days of buying and we will refund the ₹299 in full. No questions beyond your order details.

How

Email harshjwr@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number or receipt. We reply within 3 working days and start the refund on the same payment method through the store.

Timing

Once we approve it, the refund usually reaches your account in 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or UPI app.

If the file doesn't arrive or won't open

Email us and we will send it again or fix it. If we can't, we refund you.

Before you buy

The free sample is a full chapter from the book, so you can judge the style first. The Playbook is not a guarantee of any interview result, so a missed offer is not a reason for refund; the 7 days are the safety net.
